Write Up:
Sorry for being so late wrapping this event up! I’m getting old and a step slower. The photos are up and I need to get this write-up posted ... like two months ago!
Thank you, thank you, thank you. Your efforts were a while ago but not forgotten! I speak of the people and organizations that made this fundraiser possible.

• The enthusiastic volunteers! You are the most essential part of this whole event. The effort you came forward with was rare and much appreciated!
• The major contribution of beautiful merchandise by Donna Ritchie and Brian Lehman Estate Sale Pros. Check them out! http://www.whatsitworthbrian.com/estatesales.html.
• Travis at Coco Brooks continues to provide delicious food support at every sale. http://www.cocobrooks.com/
• Lynn at COI (Contemporary Office Interiors) provides carpets and more that saves my lawn and patrons feet from permanent damage. http://www.contemporary.ab.ca/about-us.asp
• Thanks to Sunnyside Safeway for joining in to help feed the volunteers on Sunday.
• My neighbours who face traffic jams, blocked driveways ... and a big thank you for their many donations to the sale and ... their buying power!!!!!
• The customers. You were fewer in number this time around because of the challenging weather. Many of you were as generous as ever though. What can I say, the weather held us to ransom. Some wanted 3pm Sunday prices at 10am Saturday. To those people, think about the cause a little more. To the great majority “Thank you”!!!

That said ... what was I thinking? Rain threatened almost every minute. The threats became reality more than once. Hail crowned the affair late Sunday afternoon. Yet we accomplished so much. Be proud!!!

Let’s hope for sunny dry weather around the September 10th weekend.
