Escargots...mmm..... invitation to a Stamps tailgate party...we'll be there!..... rabbit dumplings...maybe..... snowshoeing in June...unbelievable!..... Australian fish...really?!..... rumor of an Oscar party?...what to wear?..... pecan tarts...mmm..... disco ball, where?...hey!..... cream puffs...mmm..... promise of a rollerskating event...soon?..... flaming coffees...wow!..... we're missing shows on tv tonight?...eating's more important!..... we forgot to take photos!...oh, darn, there's no evidence of us overindulging..... more dessert please!

We were welcomed into a lovely dining room by a troupe of smiling, fresh faced, enthusiastic culinary program students... obviously ready to impress us with their attention to the finer details and our taste buds. The company was lively and interesting. Dish after dish of exquisitely prepared food was graciously served amid the conversation and laughter. The evening was topped off with flaming coffees performed at our table and an amazing selection of scrumptious treats for us to choose from at the dessert table.
Just one criticism .....the plates at the dessert table were sooooo puny! I had to load up twice ;-)

I'd say great food, but even better company. What an awesome group that attended tonight's event. Lots of laughs. And of course many savoury flavours of food to dine on.
