It was just like winter - Hmm... I guess it is winter - It sure hasn't felt much like it for most of this one so far.
Lots of snow coming down, but not that cold. Humidity was more of an issue, it seemed. By the time we had made a loop and were back to where we were earlier, our tracks were completely filled in again.
We were down to only 4 riders, but that's still pretty good compared to how most events go with people always dropping out last minute. We all agreed it was a good time and had all the park to ourselves!
The best part was the look of consternation on the faces of people who saw us. One woman we met at the start thought we were stranded and was offering us a ride home on account of the weather!
