Write Up:If this is spring, who needs summer??? We enjoyed an absolutely phenomenal day out on the bike paths this afternoon under beautiful blue skies and well above seasonal temperatures. We also did a little exploring on the way back and followed the residential street bike route through the communities of Canyon Meadows, Braeside, Palliser and Oak Ridge which lead us nicely to the south end of the reservoir. This added about 5km to the trip, making it a 36km loop but a vast improvement over returning via Elbow Drive. Going forward we will definitely continue to use this route.
