A beautiful day to spend in the mountains - warm and sunny for our climb up the peak, getting hot as we headed back down. Our luck was good with the wind as well at the top so we were able to spend 30 minutes at the peak for lunch. This is truly a popular hike with one on the group comparing the peak to an ant hill. The trail was extremely busy with many groups crossing paths as we headed down. Some last minute excitement was when a mountain goat on a rocky shelf dislodged some rocks that came down around the group. Luckily no injures - Phew!
