Whatta Day !!! And the smoke levels were way down as well!

A HUGE THANKS to all you hard working COCers that came out. We got a TON of work done and I think we can use that term literally, in fact more like many tons of earth was moved, shaped, caressed, and loved into shape. Remarkable describes the difference between that switchback near the top that in the morning while riding into the work site was a crappy field of baby heads and in the afternoon was the smoothest, bermed out corner on the ride.

Snakes & Ladders didn't disappoint the people who opted for a ride down to the bottom, it is a fun run! A few tried out the link to Moose Road while others climbed the 218 meters of vertical back to Ranger Summit trail. 2.34 km by the way from the bridge to the Ranger Tee, (so a 9% average grade), but geeze it felt WAY longer.

And the burgers and goodies (carbonated goodies) supplied by Calgary Cycle and dished up by Michelle were delicious! Thanks for that huge contribution as well!

On behalf of myself, the GBCTA (and riders everywhere), Thank you all!

Gord P.
