I hope Ed doesn't mind me making a big fuss about this, but how exciting (and inspirational) to have an 84-year-old out hiking with us - and on the MODERATE pace group, no less. Princess Shelley tells me he had herself, Adrian and Mike running to keep up with him on the way down, too (and Princess doesn't lie).
