Write Up:What a beautiful day for our first skate of the season! The trail to Cushing was quite quiet - not many people out, although, seeing the Running Room participants first thing was a bit of a deterrent. The trails were clear, a bit of walking had to be done once we crossed the Cushing Bridge - a few mule deer sightings, and a couple of bison, the cougar, and the squirrel was a nice highlight. We did run in to a couple of our skaters caught in rush hour - but I was glad to hear they enjoyed their skate anyways! Thanks to all who came out, and look for more outings in the near future!
