Write Up:We started just after 6pm, temperature was +5 to start and cooled to
about +1, trails were hard packed snow and icy but studs were
grabbing awesome. Mild spells soften the ice just enough for the
studs to really grab. You had to be careful on the double track but
once in the trees the trails were just fine. On the way back 5
minutes from bridge #1 both Dan and my lights batteries both died at
the same time (very strange), good thing I was running two lights.
We jumped on the double track and had to head back. 17.9km, 647 ft
elevation gain, 1 hr 50 min ride time, another great ride.
