Beautiful God given day!

Considering the vast amount of heavy rain fall during the week and especially the day before and recognizing the isolated showers and 'socked in' weather on the drive out, you would think we would run into rain and zero visibility.

It was questionable weather, up until the turned off onto hwy 93. As we headed North the clouds disappeared and sun welcome us :). The weather was consistent and still. About 20+ C. No wind on summit.

The lighting was mysterious as it constantly created different elements of beauty in the landscapes and shooting for photography. Climbing rock was very loose and not trustworthy to hang on to. As for the the climb up, it was a scree slog before the last rock band to the false summit. Coming down however, was a hoot. It only took us about 1.5 hours.

Awesome day friends! Thanks everyone for making a great and memorable outing on a Sunday. Blessings on the weeks ahead!
