We were not sure what to expect with snow amounts so went prepared to both hike and snowshoe. We were pleasantly surprised to arrive at the parking lot with ample enough snow to snowshoe right from the get go. The higher up and further in we went, the deeper the snow levels and the prettier it became. We enjoyed a winter-wonderland. The X-C Ski trails were not groomed yet and there were no skiers until a few minutes before we were finishing for the day.

Thank you Hermann and Leena & Ken for being our drivers today. Thank you all for bringing along your funfilled attitudes and making our first snowshoe of the season such a fun one.
