All the snow from this week made the conditions perfect for snowshoeing. The parking lot had a few cars leaving the trail untouched. We all took turns breaking trail up Sawmill to Sun Cup ending at the fork to Wind Chill and Snowdrift. We returned back the way we came on Sun Cup and finished the sawmill loop trail for a total of 7km.
The weather was warmer that originally forecasted starting at -13 and -7 by the time we finished 3 hours later.
