Day 3
Daily Summary: Tire change in Lake Louise, sunny and scorching, no flat tires, no Australian men for Sarah, cycled from Mosquito Creek camp ground to The Wood pub in Canmore - would have preferred to skip highway 1 and quit in Banff due to traffic volume (the Bow Valley Parkway was great, though, with light traffic), two EXTREMELY sore bums (with very proud and happy owners) at the end of the day. Celebration dinner and drinks were moved to The Drake due to limited (read: expensive and lacking burgers) menu at The Wood.

Max Speed - 69.0
Time in the Saddle - 5 hrs 12 min
Average Speed - 21.5
