Write Up:Donning our camoflage overalls. Slipping our Darth Vader masks over our faces. Pouring balls into the plastic holder. Balls? Yes its Indoor Paintball.
Bags of little green round things, looked like oversized peas. Popping sounds, ratatatatat, the pinging of paintballs off oil drums, the ecstasy (cos the endorphines flow later) of being hit by a paintball. The feeling of being splatterd with paint, which by the way, seems to work really well as a moisturiser but it could use a bit of fragrance, just don't swallow the stuff.
But really it's like being hit by a paper bullet, ie you develop a healthy respect for the small round things. Although Ryan might disagree but he looks way cooler and more rugged with his head welt.
The red team won 3 games, 2 eliminations and one flag and the yellow team just 1 game with the flag.
To sum up, it was really really fun, even if some of us had to crawl on the ground just like in the movies...(but it was worth it for the flag..yippee)
