Write Up:
Our combination bellies and abs workout went very well. Carol and Andrea have an excellent store of favourite Pilates movements and stretches which they shared with the group, mixed in with the exercises Diane and Kayla brought from previous Belly of Steel programs. This of course included Rhonda's famous belly roll drill. We all agree it would be phenomenal if we could learn to do that! Gerald did a great job keeping with the program also. I'm sure if we did this often enough it would get easier, right? Andrea's bright and spacious living room was perfect for a group like this, we could probably increase the attendance limit again next time.
