Write Up:Nine of us met this morning and had a good workout doing the Bowmont, Baker, Bowness Park loop. We stopped at the Lagoon cafe for refreshments, and were back at the cars just after 12 noon. Welcome to the COC to Pamela, Sonja and Maureen.
