Write Up:After a rather shaky start travelling through all that winter has to offer, we had a lovely sit on Highway 1 waiting for the traffic to clear. However, once we got to the trailhead, pristine white snow awaited us and we blazed the trail first to Silverton Falls which was beautiful in the beautiful sunshine and sparkling snow all around. Then it was off to Vista Lake. After watching Toby attempt the parking lot, Jane decided the little Focus would be best parked on the street!! The hike down to Vista Lake (and slightly beyond) was beautitful as well with incredible views and that wonderful sunshine.
