Write Up:What a gorgeous day. We where the only ones out there. I think we all agreed that we could have done without the pounding wind. The ridge walk was nice, beautiful, great views. It had a few spots of easy scrambling, but with that wind it had become a wee bit more challenging. At the end we did some bush wacking and hiked back on the road to our cars. According to Francois we did over 1800 m elevation gain and he had 67860 heart beats on the hike. Good cardio. Some of us, if not all, where sore afterwards, again fighting, did I mention, the wind hé! Total distance 22 km. The photo's speak for themselves. Thank you all for coming out. You are a great group of hikers and it was a pleasure to be part of it.
