Write Up:For eleven of us, it was a wonderful weekend discovering Nordegg. It is a beautiful spot, and very
popular with hunters and fishermen. The trails are not well maintained so those of us used to the
national parks had to upgrade our bushwhacking skills, but it was well worth it. And the Goldeye is a
great spot. For those planning a hike to this area, the trail to Coliseum Mountain is very hard to
find especially when snow covered. But the view is great. And the waterfalls nearby in Bighorn are
worth the drive.
