HB09 ~ Round #2

An absolutely gorgeous night to get in a little hike conditioning in Fish Creek Park. A great group of 10 hardy COC'ers made their way around the 8.3 km circuit in approximately 2 hours. When it was all said and done we managed to gain a total elevation of 271 metres via hiking trails and stair climbing. Definitely a great little workout amongst some fantastic scenery. Great job everyone, thanks so much for coming and I look forward to seeing you next time!

PS I can't lie....on the way home I may have stopped at A&W where I may have accidently eaten not one but 2 yummy Teen burgers. Next time I will be stronger, I promise.
