Itinerary:
Some of us (like me) are not always able to get out to the mountains on weekends, but we can still enjoy the beautiful parks and natural areas right here in the city.

Come on out today for some hiker/backpack conditioning - slow to moderate pace. Bring a backpack or daypack loaded with whatever weight is comfortable for you, but is not required. If you don't have a pack be patient with us who are hauling extra weight (besides the extra weight we've accumulated over winter) We'll hike as many hills on Nose Hill as we can fit in to ~3 hours. Be prepared to climb hills!
