Proper hiking footwear, sorry no runners or jeans.

Hiking through Paradise Valley is as awe inspiring as an alpine ramble.Pure wonder is what you're likely to feel on most of this trip-your mind grasping at enormity, trying to fathom nature's magnificence looming above you.

Our hike will follow the Paradise Creek Trail, crossing the creek several times enroute to the Lake. Because of the recent rain, please plan for possible mud on the trail. We will then continue to Horseshoe Meadows and then take a detour to Giant Steps before we head back.

NOTE: Your coordinator has not done this one before, so please allow time and patience for unforeseen circumstances.

PACE:Please note that this is not a speed deamon's hike(getting to the top in record time) nor is it for slowpokes, we will be hiking at a casual pace. If you're not sure about a hike, please always feel free to contact the coordinator and remember to always hike within your ability in order to be able to keep up with the group. If you're use to "slowpoke pace hikes" then this hike is Not for you, the PACE will be too quick for you.-.
