We will start at the westerly edge of Griffith Woods Park and hike approximately 5 km easterly then return.

Griffith Woods is a 225 acre natural forest environmental reserve park adjacent to the community of Discovery Ridge with access to forested pathways and the Elbow River.

See the Griffith Woods brochure for more information on this "special protection" natural environment park, and a map showing the West parking area and the trails.

This event will proceed rain/snow or shine.
