The forecast for Wednesday is sunny and 10, so come on out and join us. If you don't have time to head out to the mountains & are looking at getting your exercise "fix" with a quick hike at a moderate pace that's close by, then this is the hike to sign up for. The entire area is hilly, including approximately 5+ hills that are rated by the conservation area as being "STRENUOUS" to climb (~150 metres each), with elevation gains & losses. Please note that since we will be going at a steady Moderate Pace, this is unfortunately Not suited for "beginners" who are use to "slow poke pace". If you are only use to urban city hikes with NO elevation you will find this too difficult.

TIP for NW members:If you live in the NW, probably a good idea to meet directly at the trailhead.

If you are taking the bus to the SW carpool-Voiters Flats-Fish Creek Park in Canyon Meadows, bus,#3 goes directly into the park
