BRING YOUR OWN BOAT Spend a lovely day on the water exploring Barrier Lake. Spectacular mountain views, if we're lucky might get to see some wildlife. Great way to spend a day out in the countryside.

We'd be spending 2.5 hours on the lake and then have a potluck picnic lunch by the lakeshore. Bring food for yourself and food you'd like to share.

- Kayak, paddle, PFD
- whistle, throw bag with tow rope, bailer
- Beverages and snacks for picnic
- Spare change of clothes
- $$ for carpool costs

Head west on Hwy 1. Turn South at Hwy 40 into Kananaskis Country (you'll see the Casino at the junction), just after the Visitor Center is the Lake on the right, go past, look out for the boat ramp on your right.
