Come out and join us for a fast, fun and exciting game of Ultimate Frisbee. This game will be played outside so please wear appropriate footwear. If we aren't on this field when you arrive please look down the hill on the commuity centre field. The game involves lots of running, jumping, stopping and starting. So wear sturdy shoes and be ready to get some exercise. ALL LEVELS WELCOME

Please note that this is a non-contact event.

You need to maintain a speed of control to prevent injuries of others on the field.

A foul will be called if you enter another players air space; the space above a person’s head. This will be enforced to prevent injuries of others.

This game will be played five on five with spares to prevent field congestion.

Please remember that this is a recreational game with all skill levels and minors on the field. If you are new to ultimate frisbee you may want to check out the link below for some basic instruction on the game, methods on throwing a frisbee, rules and different strategies.

IMPORTANT: Please remember to bring 2 shirts. (A WHITE and a DARK) so we can divide into two recognizable teams.

Those who have frisbees, feel free to bring them!

- 2 Shirts (1 white, 1 dark)

- Water
