Distance: 56km

From the Springbank High School we will ride east to the junction with Old Banff Coach Road, then northwest on Old Banff Coach Road and west on Twnship 250/Upper Springbank Road. We will go north on 22 until the Bow River crossing and then return on Hwy 22 and Twnship 244/Springbank Road. We will re-group only at the Bow River.

We will meet at 6:30 and start riding at 6:40. The anticipated pace of the group is approximately 25-30kph.

a road bike, helmet, fresh, spare tube, tools and pump
