*******The Daytime Films for Margaret Greenham Theatre on November 6 2010 are currently sold out. It is possible that there may be tickets for Margaret Greenham that become available in the few days leading up to the event. There may still be tickets available for Max Bell Theatre (Program B) and also Eric Harvie Theatre (Program A). I am setting up a carpool for the Margaret Greenham Theatre only.******* The Banff Mountain Festivals, which include a book and a film festival, are known the world over, attracting many visitors from all over North America and beyond. We will check out the daytime film screenings for Saturday at Margaret Greenham Theatre in the Banff Centre. The film topics are usually quite varied: watersports; climbing; mtn biking; skiing; wildlife/nature; environmental issues and pretty much anything having to do with the outdoors. Film lengths vary from a few minutes to about an hour. The daytime screenings run from 9 AM-5:30 PM.
We may also take in the free noon hour discussion at 12:30 in the Max Bell Auditorium. You must purchase your own ticket(Margaret Greenham Theatre, Daytime Films- Nov. 6 2010) to get on this event. Once you purchase your ticket, please notify me by e-mail and I will move you from the waitlist on to the event. Tickets are $45 for the day and can be purchased by calling 1-800-413-8368 or online @The Banff Centre. Please note: This event is general admission so we need to be there early to get good seats. We may go for supper and/or the Banff Hot Springs after the films.
