PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO THOSE WHO HAVE SIGNED UP FOR THE 12 WEEK BFL CHALLENGE!

Distance is approximately 5km.

We'll meet in front of the Eau Claire Market do our monthly check in and then walk westbound on south side of the river to 14th Street, cross over the river and return to our starting point via the north side of the river.

We will be walking at a brisk pace in order to elevate our heart rates.

Required Items to Bring:
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Clothing to suit the weather
