Distance: 15km Net Elevation Gain: Approximately 760m Total Elevation Gain: 950m High Point: 2,100m This will be a combined trail/off-trail hike. Please come ready to explore :-). We will be going at a slowish pace for the uphill portions, and more moderate for the downhill. Exshaw Ridge lies between Mount Fable to the west and Loder Peak to the east. From the top the scenery will be quite magnificent. Heart Mountain will be visible across the Bow Vallley to the south, while other landmarks will include Mt. Lougheed, the Mythic Towers, and Goat Mountain.

Event Directions: | · Head west on the Trans Canada for approximately 70km to Exit 114 (Hwy. 40 north/old Seebe turnoff). · Travel north for approximately 3km. · At the 'T' intersection turn left (west). · Continue to Exshaw. · Just after the bridge crosses Exshaw Creek, turn right. · Keep right and go past the firehall. Trailhead is just behind. | ||||||
