The play is Grim and Fisher. A brilliantly performed comedy done in full face mask. I have already seen this play and it is absolutely great. This show is selling out and this is the best way to get to see it.

You must prepurchase your ticket to be added to the event. I can take ten people to this event just email me at greg.macivor.o utdoor@gmail.com with your intention to attend and I will send back an email giving you details about making payment.

This will be the performance that is voted to be the best show at the Calgary Fringe Festival by audience favorite, popularity, and media selection.

This event usually sold out so this is probably the best way to get to see it. Plus I got a great deal on the tickets and I am passing it on to you.

Grim & Fischer: a deathly comedy in full-face mask is a hilarious and poignant show about Mrs. Fischer, a tenacious granny who battles it out with Death himself when he comes calling. It tackles, with heart and absurd humour, what it is to know that Death’s hand is close. The show is performed in full-face mask, a unique form that mixes European larval mask traditions with full-face character styles resulting in a form unlike any other seen on North American stages. Audiences have described the experience as watching a living cartoon – the whimsy and imagination of Pixar or Jim Henson in theatrical form. Grim & Fischer recently played to rave reviews and standing ovations in the International Festival of Animated Objects (March 2011).

Try to be there 15 minutes before the show starts.

NO LATECOMERS – because of the set-up of venues, patrons will not be admitted after the performance starts (no, not even one minute after). With so many performances taking place, it is imperative that we stay on schedule. Therefore, performances start precisely at their designated show times, and no one is admitted once the show has started.

If you miss the show because you are late, you will not be refunded money for this event.
