Itinerary:
someone bailed last minute, there is a seat available, if you add yourself to do the wait list, ill transfer you. Do not send money via electronic means, bring cash with you at the event.
Cutoff has past but you may be able to join us still, add yourself to the waitlist and/or contact me and we can figure it out.

Ultra AVX movies (in 3D) normally cost $18 except on discount Tuesdays. For this Friday event, enjoy the discount Tuesday rate of $13! (see important payments details below)

Make sure you are there on time so that I can give you your entry ticket. I will email you where to meet me prior to the event.
If there is interest, we may go to a nearby pub/ restaurant to chit-chat after the movie.
ABOUT THE THE HOBBIT MOVIE.

PAYMENT DETAILS:
- Payment must be received BEFORE the cutoff date/time to make sure I can reserve seats grouped together. I will move you from the waiting list once payment is received. Please let me know ASAP if you need to cancel. No refunds will be given after cut-off date/time. You may find someone to take over your seat but if you do, you will have to collect the money yourself and they have to bring a signed C.O.C. waiver with them.
- Payments to be made in person at any events I'll be part of before cut-off date, via email transfer or Paypal(Please send a personal payment and not a purchase payment, paypal charges fees for purchase payments. All purchase payments will be refunded and you will stay on the waiting list until a personal payment is made.) to coc.yannick@hotmail.com. (All fees incurred, if any, are your responsibility.) Please make sure to let me know that you have paid, email address/name may be required.

OTHER NOTES
- It's my first time hosting such an event, I'll try the best I can so things run smoothly but there may be hiccups. Please! Bear with me.
- We may not be able to all sit together depending on reservations. I'll try my best to keep the entire group together, if not, I'll split us in two smaller groups, let me know if you prefer to sit beside someone specifically.
- If there is interest, we may gather at a nearby pub for a cold one and/or food.
