Itinerary:

Please join me in a farewell sendoff to our kettlebell swinging buddy Robin Smith - who will heading out to the land down under at the end of the month.

We'll meet at the Running Room at Glenmore Landing, and head up to the reservoir. You are free to walk, run, bike or swing a kettlebell!

We'll meet up at the Bier Haus after about an hour for brunch, and pass our good wishes to Robin.

Feel free to join us just for the brunch - please mention it in the notes.
