Itinerary:
We will be out for a fun half day for an urban hike, gallery visit, Bird Sanctuary and Bow River walk and a stop for coffee and a snack along the way. Allocate about five hours. We will go at a slow to moderate pace.

We will meet at the upper level of the Victoria Park/Stampede LRT station across from the row of ticket machines. From there we will head east and cross the McDonald Bridge to 9th Ave SE.

We will walk in historic Inglewood, making a stop at the Esker Gallery. Information on their current exhibition is here and admission is free.

Then we will continue on 9 Ave SE to the Inglewood Bird Sanctuary. The Nature Centre and the area around the Colonel Walker House are open but the rest of the paths are closed due to flood damage. We will then head north up the Bow River pathway to Pearce Estate park, and explore the paths there. The plan is to continue to downtown on the Bow River path and through the East Village. The walk will end at the City Hall C Train station.
