Feeling Hot, Hot, Hot for $5!

Moksha hot yoga is a series of 40 poses practiced in a heated room designed to promote openness through your hips and strength through the upper body while detoxifying your entire body. Both standing and seated poses are practiced and classes are suitable for all levels of experience.
While each of our instructors brings their own unique experience and style to their teaching, all classes follow a basic structure that is fundamental to the Moksha practice.

The class is from 8:00 - 9:15 am. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early, as space is limited. You can reserve your spot on their website, or take your chances that a spot will be available. Suitable for all levels.

*Please meet me inside the classroom; I will be there by 7:45 am. I have a pink mat, and a pink water bottle. Please check in with me after class. I will hang around for a few minutes after the class is finished.

Studio Etiquette:
Try to arrive early; it is suggested that you arrive 15-20 minutes before the class starts. WYou will need to register/pay, get changed and enter the studio before the start time. Late entries are not permitted.
Enter the studio and find a place for your mat. Many guests like to sit or lay down on their mat to get acclimatized to the room until class starts.
When you are in the room, please do your best not to talk. It is asked that you leave your cell phone in the change room.

Required Items to Bring:

- Mat (one can be rented)
- Water bottle
- Comfy, light and breathable attire to practice yoga in (shorts or leggings with t-shirt or tank top)
