Itinerary:
Join me for an introductory meditation class. Cost is $12. These are drop in classes for individuals who are interested in the practice of mindfulness and meditation. Mindfulness is a capacity for paying attention on purpose in the present moment. You can discover calmness of mind, increased personal energy, and a sense of wellbeing. A calm and peaceful way to start your weekend! Come out and learn sitting, walking, and lying down meditations that are guided by the instructor. You will also be provided with suggestions how to apply mindfulness at work and home. During each class you will be guided through 4 or 5 practices. You won’t have to just sit there in silence! No previous meditation experience is necessary.

Required Items to Bring:
Just yourself. Wear something comfortable.
Recommended Items to Bring:
Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.
Water, wear something comfortable. You could bring a yoga mat if you have one.
