Itinerary:
An evening workout, the ultimate stairmaster. We will hike up Prairie Mountain The event will go ahead if there are showers, but may be cancelled if there are likely to be thunderstorms or heavy rain. Look out for an email around 4pm on Thursday. You will need to turn around and head back down regardless of your position after 80 minutes to ensure you have enough light to see going

Note this hike is NOT suitable for beginners as we will hike at a brisk or fast pace, the group may split, people will set their own pace! And must be happy hiking alone. Bring bear spray.

Water, good hiking footwear-no runners, bag for muddy shoes, change of clothes. Waterproof jacket.

Travel 19 kms west on Hwy 66 toward Kananaskis.
Park at the winter gate - Elbow Falls.
