Itinerary:
Let's stay in shape and make some friends! Challenge yourself, run or walk with others. We'll be doing loops around the stairs. Try to do as many laps as you can in 45 mins.

Loop Option #1:
Up the 167 steps, run/walk along the bluff towards the east, turn around at the junction and head back down to the bottom of the stairs. Yes all the way to the bottom and repeat. Approx 0.7km 40m elev gain per lap.

Loop Option #2:
Up the stairs, run/walk along the bluff, keep going on the bike path till you reach Centre Street. Turn around go up the path then down towards to the bottom of the stairs. Approx 1.2km 45m elev gain per lap.

Loop option #3:
Up the stairs, down the stairs, up the path to the east, back down the path to the bottom of the stairs. Approx 0.9km 80m elev gain per lap.

Do all one of one option or mix it up. It's up to you. You can run/walk, do it clockwise or counter-clockwise. Just do as many laps as you can in 45 mins. If you want to bring a backpack to make it harder please do. Yes its meant to make you huff and puff but it'll be worth it when you go on a hike and find yourself speeding along :)

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Memorial Dr & approx 3th St NW
There is a parking lot EAST of the Curling Club (not the one belonging to the club).
Access from Memorial Drive, the meeting point is located at the bottom of the stairs across from Prince's Island Park, north side of Memorial.
