Hike Description Today's main destination is the southeast section of Panorama Ridge. Our route today and destination will offer up front row seats to a prime time viewing of the larch presentation. The journey to the Ridge begins with ascending 6 kms through forest along switchbacks to Taylor Lake, which lies at the base of Mount Bell. We'll then make our way up to the larch filled Panorama Meadows that has Panorama Ridge as its backdrop. The route winds through the meadow leading to a trail that steeply ascends through the forest. Coming out of the forest, you emerge onto the open slope of the southeast end of Panorama Ridge. This will make a great lunch location, having a view east to the Bow Valley Corridor. We will return the way we came.
