Departure Time:
We leave Calgary on Friday, December 12th at 6:00 p.m.

Skiing Details:

We ski at Fernie Saturday & Sunday. On Monday morning, we travel to Castle mountain. After skiing on Monday, we drive back to Calgary. We should be back in Calgary before 10:00 p.m.

Location:
The condo is located 5 mins from the hill, next to Stanford Inn.

Room/Bed/Sleeping Details:
There are 2 bedrooms and a loft. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has another queen size bed. The living room has a pull-out double bed. The loft has 4 single beds. The condo can fit a maximum of 10 people. The cost per room is $60/night + cleaning fee of $100. Because we are getting such a crazy deal from the owner, we are going to buy her 3 ski hill lift tickets as a token of appreciation. Cost per person is $50 for the trip (includes 3 nights of accommodation).

Bring ear plugs/ear phones if other people snoring habit bothers you.

If you do not feel comfortable in sharing a bed with somebody and be in close quarters with 8 other people (M/F), please do not sign up.

If you do not agree with the rules or if you think the cost is too high for a Fernie trip, please do not sign up.

Bathroom:

There are 2 full size bathrooms. Bring your own towels.

Lift Tickets:

Fernie lift ticket is $86.95. I recommend buying your lift ticket ahead of time from Costco or buy the RCR discount card. Costco sells a pack of 2 lift tickets for $135. If you want me to pick up your lift tickets from Costco, let me know.
You can also use the RCR Discount Card ($90). The first day is free and the second and third days are $15 off your regular price ticket.

Kitchen & Food:

There is a fully equipped kitchen - i.e. microwave, stove, fridge, dishwasher. Bring your own food. On Friday night, we eat before we leave Calgary. On Saturday night, we will do a pot-luck. Each of us will bring some meat/vegetable/salad and we eat together. I will send out more information about food later.

You do not need to prepay. If you change your mind, please remove yourself from the list before the registration cut-off. After the cut-off, you will be required to pay the $50 unless we find a replacement for your spot.
