We are very pleased to inform you that the Calgary Outdoor Club (COC) will subsidize 50% of these cross-country ski lessons - skill builder.

This course is more or less a refresher course of the first two courses: beginners, and hills, plus a bit more. More suited for strong beginners to mid-intermediate.

COC will subsidize $30.98 and each selected participant will be asked to pay in advance the remaining $30.98. This will be a private lesson for COC participants only.

Get out and enjoy Kananaskis Country while building your cross-country skills. The focus of the day's session will be classic techniques, with emphasis on maintaining rhythm and your speed on varied terrain. The morning concentrates on developing efficient skills/techniques for flat terrain, while the afternoon focuses on hill techniques.

PRE-REQUISITE: You must know the ABC's (basic beginner/hills) or have equivalent experience. Candidates must have sufficient stamina and have skied 10+ KM on moderate terrain this year. Sorry, this is not for those who have never skied before. If you have not skied yet this year, this is not for you.

DRIVERS NEEDED: Please indicate in "notes" how many folks + gear, including yourself, can fit in your car.

+++IMPORTANT INFORMATION/SELECTION CRITERIA: +++
