Itinerary:

Wide-open native grasslands with a scattering of trees make up the western end of the park. A combination of mountain viewpoints, steep-slope climbs and wandering creek trails make this a perfect year-round loop. Wildlife sightings are common in this area. People certainly do not need to be photographers to enjoy this slow, meandering walk

We will meet in the Shannon Terrace parking lot.

Turn east off 37 Street SW onto 130 Ave SW(left turn) (top of hill on north side of Fish Creek valley) then soon turn right (south) onto Woodpath Road SW into Fish Creek Park and wind down into valley toward the Shannon Terrace Environmental Learning Centre. (there are 3 parking lots-we'll meet at the one by the bathroooms).
