LAST CHANCE TO PLAY THE COURSE BEFORE THE MAY 19th PARK CLOSURE.

Disc Golf is a challenging but very enjoyable game. It is similar to real golf but has a metal basket instead of a hole. The goal is to get your disc in the basket in the least number of throws. We will play the 18 hole layout.

Old Refinery Park is a great course. It plays a bit longer than Baker Park plus has lots of elevation changes.

This course is best suited to the more experienced player and/or those who are fairly strong/accurate throwers.

The parking area for Old Refinery Park is accessed on the west side of Ogden Rd and is located between Millican Rd and 50 Ave SE. The entrance to the park(which is not marked) is just south of 50 Ave and north of the big steel train trestle which crosses Ogden Rd. The course starts next to the first parking area.

Notes:

Recommended investment in Disc Golf Discs are a putter, midrange and driver.
A midrange alone may do if on a budget.
