Itinerary:
The Highline Trail is a challenging x-country ride that takes you along the slopes of Ehagay Nakoda Range and is a locals’ favourite. The trail may be ridden in both directions. Expect plenty of climbing along this narrow and technical trail as it winds its way up elevated slopes high above Peaks of Grassi. The climb up is never easy, as this is one of the more challenging routes in Canmore. A number of breaks in the thick forest canopy offer spectacular views of Canmore and surrounding area on your climb up and while traversing. In total the trail is 8 kilometres in length (west to east); but, one will also need to factor in a few more kilometres to get to one of the trailheads: the Riders of Rohan entrance, West Connector
The trail in mainly in the trees so light rain will be no problem
We will go for burgers and beer after the ride.
