PACE:Please note Slower pace on going up on steeper terrain and Moderate pace on flat or downhill terrain. This hike is NOT for beginners. We're out to enjoy the day so please don't be in a rush to get back to Calgary.

It's a great hike for early risers and experienced hikers who love gorgeous scenery!

Harvey Pass offers spectacular views of Mount Assiniboine and surrounding area. For a higher vantage and challenge we are adding a trek to Mt. Bourgeau. This will be a long day so all participants must bring 2L - 3L of water, and don't forget to bring more snacks/food then usual. Please note that since this is a difficult hike I'll check your COC hiking history and might be touching base with you. This is rated D7 because of distance and elevation.

NOTE:

Required Items to Bring:
-Park Pass or $$

-Dress in layers
-Mittens, toque (yes even in August -- mountain weather is unpredictable)
-First-aid kit
-Bear spray
