Because I can't do this Wednesday nights and I'm out of shape, so an evening workout of speeding (yes as fast as you can OWN PACE) up and down Prairie Mountain. Get to the flag is the objective. Builds really good endurance and strength.

Move at your own pace but will need to turn around and head back down regardless of your position after 90 minutes to ensure we have enough light to see going down. Please be down by 9:00 pm at the latest. As everyone will be moving at different speeds we'll be scattered along the trail so be prepared to go to it on your own but there is usually a number of people on the trail at any one time. Poles are recommended. All weather event with the exception of Tornadic activity.

Trailead meeting spot is the blue Beaver Lodge sign. Will start at 6.30pm sharp. Post event we will gather at the trailhead/parking area before leaving to make sure we don't leave anyone behind.
