Itinerary:
Our plan is to drive towards Sun Valley on Sunday, Sept 6th with a ride and overnight somewhere along the way as check in is 4pm on Sept 7th. Or you can drive directly to Sun Valley.
We have a 3 bedroom condo booked, 2 queens, 2 twins in Ketchum Idaho.
Rides will be determined on a daily basis.

There are others that will be camping nearby.

Required Items to Bring:
Passport
Mountain bike, helmet, tools, tubes, pump, hydration pack, lube, wet and dry weather clothes, personal gear for 7 days Attitude for fun.
Recommended Items to Bring:
Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.
You might bring a few staples from home to save buying everything down there.

Carpool Cost: Approximate vehicle expense for this event is $672.00 (calculated at total Km * $0.30, effective Friday, April 19, 2024). This is based on $0.16/Km for maintenance, plus current gas price divide by 9. Alternately your carpool driver may choose to split the maintenance cost plus the actual gas cost among all in the vehicle. Your carpool driver will confirm exactly how much money they require to cover costs. Please split the actual cost among all people in the vehicle.
