Itinerary:
I'm planning a week long kayak trip out to Desolation Sound Marine Park BC in 2016.
Dates are July 30 to August 7, 2016.
This meeting is to gauge interest for the trip and for you to get more info. Beginners are welcome.

See wildlife, camp on islands. There's a reason why this place is called the Sunshine Coast. This park is a boater’s paradise at the confluence of Malaspina Inlet and Homfray Channel. Enjoy the spectacular vistas and calm waters. Explore the islands and coves that make up the unique shoreline. Desolation Sound Marine Provincial Park has more than 60 km of shoreline, several islands, numerous small bays and snug coves. The warm waters of the park are ideal for swimming and snorkeling; the forested upland offers a shady refuge of trails, small lakes and campsites.
