Itinerary:
We will ride Jumpingpound Ridge loop clockwise.
Starting from the north end of Jumpingpound at Lusk Pass, we will ride up the link to the junction of Cox Hill and JP. We'll then ride south down the ridge to a great technical downhill. We'll either ride the road back or use a car that we've left at the south end.

Total distance is 13-14 kilometres with 700 meters net elevation.

This ride is for experienced moderate pace riders.

We'll likely have a tailgate party at end of the ride so bring snacks and drinks

- Mountain bike, well maintained
- Helmet
- Spare tube and tools
- Snacks
- Water (at least 2 litres)

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Heading west on the TransCanada, take Hwy 66 (marked Sibbald) and continue west to the start of the gravel Powderface road). Turn left (heading SW) on the road and proceed to the Lusk Pass trailhead.

Carpool Cost: Approximate vehicle expense for this event is $48.00 (calculated at total Km * $0.30, effective Tuesday, April 16, 2024). This is based on $0.16/Km for maintenance, plus current gas price divide by 9. Alternately your carpool driver may choose to split the maintenance cost plus the actual gas cost among all in the vehicle. Your carpool driver will confirm exactly how much money they require to cover costs. Please split the actual cost among all people in the vehicle.
