Itinerary:
This will be a basic bushcraft overnight event. Bushcraft is about thriving in the a natural environment and developing the knowledge and skills to go with it. This is event we learn how to build a basic shelter from the resources in the area, make and cook over a fire the old fashioned way like maybe cooking on rocks and just generally have fun with basic bushcrafting skills and techniques (useful in a survival situation, but it is not a survival event). We will be sharing the carry in of some tools, gear and such so there will be an assignment of gear prior to the hike in. Leave room in your pack if you're sharing group gear.

Notes:
- This is a fun anything goes event which may involve staying up for part of the night
- We can expect early winter conditions so Goretex type over-clothing will be your friend. NO COTTON.
- Some bushwhacking may be involved. You will Need to bring some basic tools as we will be foraging for firewood and shelter materials.
- Equipment list is listed below. You can bring a tent, tarp for your own shelter, sleep in the shelter we will build or just sleep in the open next to the fire. Nothing better than seeing the stars overhead. If you're brand new to overnight backpacking, contact me for more info.
